Commission / fixed scope / from €8,000

A working MVP, live in 30 days.

For founders who need a senior builder, not a handoff chain: product shaping, interface, architecture, implementation, deployment, and handover — one accountable owner.

  • A live product moved off SaaS with zero downtime — 70% cheaper
  • 98% ML attribution pipeline, built solo
  • Solo scale from 80 to 17,659 users
  • 3-day crisis launch

The scope / kept shippable

What keeps thirty days an honest deadline.

The mascot presses a new idea block down onto a two-pan trading beam stamped 30 days, and as it goes in an already-agreed block rolls out of a side chute into a drawer marked backlog — new work only enters a fixed scope by trading something out.
Nothing enters free — one in, one out

Boundaries

  • Fixed 30-day scope
  • Weekly demo checkpoints
  • New ideas go into backlog unless traded into scope
  • Larger builds receive a fixed quote after scoping

The build / four weeks

Four weeks, concrete artifacts, no fuzzy middle.

  1. 01 Scoping call

Shape the idea into one clear build, freeze the scope, confirm the price.

    → Build brief
  2. 02 Week 1

Design the core flow, choose architecture, and get the first deploy live.

    → First screens + a live URL
  3. 03 Weeks 2–3

Build the core product with weekly demo links and scoped tradeoff calls.

    → Working demo
  4. 04 Week 4

Polish, launch, document, and hand over the product surface.

    → Production launch + docs

The evidence / already done under pressure

The offer comes from work already done under pressure.

The whole employment record

Fit check / before the call

A 30-day MVP works when the first version is clear.

Good fit

  • One clear first version to build
  • SaaS, internal tool, marketplace v1, automation, AI workflow, or dashboard
  • Founder wants one accountable builder
  • Scope can be demoed weekly

Not a fit

  • Open-ended product team replacement
  • Native mobile-first builds
  • Heavy regulated compliance
  • Complex multi-sided marketplace v1
  • Brand-only website or content campaign
  • Undefined build-everything roadmap

On the record / the people who paid for it

Two employers and a client, in their own words.

  • Ian Bearder Owner, Veedoo Taoufiq had helped Veedoo deliver world-class software solutions for almost a decade. He's always matched his deep technical knowledge, with a flare for creative problem solving to deliver software solutions which are accessible, secure and designed to scale.

Questions / scope clarity first

Scope clarity before a single line of code.

What can realistically ship in 30 days?
A focused first version: one core workflow, live in production, a usable interface, source ownership, and enough documentation to keep moving after launch.
What happens if the scope changes?
We trade scope deliberately. New ideas go into the backlog unless they replace something already agreed.
Do I need designs before starting?
No. UI/UX design for the core flow is included. Existing brand or product direction helps, but it is not required.
Who owns the source code?
You do. Delivery includes the source repository, deployment notes, setup notes, and handover documentation.
What happens after the 30 days?
Bugs and issues found in the product are fixed for six months after launch, at no extra cost. New features are separate: if you want me to keep building, that continues on a monthly retainer.
How do payments work?
The default milestone shape is deposit to start, working demo at midpoint, and balance on delivery.
Can I bring an existing codebase?
Yes, if the scoping call confirms it is realistic. If the existing codebase creates risk, I will call that out before quoting.
Is €8,000 fixed?
€8,000 is the starting price for a fixed 30-day scope. The scoping call confirms whether your MVP fits that package or needs a larger quote.
The mascot carries a crumpled, badly-sketched idea lump up to an intake counter whose slot is far wider and rougher than the lump itself, with an as-is stamp waiting beside it — the unpolished first version is already enough to bring to a scoping call.
The rough version is already accepted here

Start / the ugly version is enough

Bring the ugly version of the idea.

We will turn it into a scoped 30-day build on the scoping call — or I'll tell you plainly that it doesn't fit.
